Our promise
We want every purchase to feel fair. Our rule is simple: a deal should leave neither side wronged. You should never pay for something that does not work as we promised. And a refund should not be claimed for something that works fine and has been fully used. Everything below follows from that.
Accidental or unauthorized purchases
Bought by mistake, or someone else bought without your permission (for example your child)? Google Play processes all our payments, so the fastest route is to request the refund directly from Google: request a refund on Google Play.
Something does not work as promised
If a feature we advertise does not work for you, contact us first with your order number (it starts with GPA), the purchase date, and steps to reproduce what goes wrong.
We aim to reply within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, London, excluding UK public holidays) and to fix it or provide a workaround within 14 business days of your first message. A late reply on its own does not give a right to a refund.
If we cannot fix it within those 14 business days, you can ask for a refund. You must ask within 30 calendar days of the Google Play purchase time (UTC), via our contact form or email.
What is not covered
If the app works as described, the purchase is final once Google's own refund window has passed. Google decides refunds within about 48 hours of purchase (see Google's refund policy, which controls). After those 48 hours, contact us under “Something does not work as promised” above. This policy only covers purchases made through Google Play.
Asking for a new feature is not the same as reporting something broken. If you request functionality we never advertised, or something that is technically impossible to bring to your device or platform, that does not qualify for a refund under this policy.
